One of the most exciting days of my life. Finishing my first marathon!!

I'd like to try beating my marathon time and be healthy and injury free the next time around. I have decided that 2008 will be MY year!

My Goals:
I'd like to get back to a healthy weight. I've put on 25lbs and would like to get feel more comfortable in my skin.

My Program:
 I'm hitting the gym with several of my friends (for motivation and commitment) and trying to work on my home yoga practice. I have also been trying to squeeze in my SI6 and other dvd work out videos.
