It is now April 5, 2010. I weighed in at 154.6 last night. :(

I have been a member of SP since August 2006. I have met TONS of great people through this site. When I first started I was doing GREAT -- losing 10 pounds in about 6 weeks. HOWEVER, I slowly started slipping away. For some crazy and odd reason, I thought after only 6 weeks, I had accomplished my lifestyle change and could handle it on my own. WOW, was I wrong.

I know what I need to accomplish, now I have to set my mind to it. The HEN HOUSE team is fantastic. The ladies (and guys) there are awesome and provide such great support and motivation.

NOW I'm ready go give myself a TRUE fighting chance to get down to my ultimate goal -- to be toned and proud of the way I look!

Become fit and healthy so I can keep up with my son and not get winded by just going up a flight of stairs.

This program is WELL worth the $25! It's sensible meals, which keep you in all of your nutritional ranges (if followed EXACTLY). The workouts, both cardio and strength, are KILLER (literally). I feel they will pay off in the long run.

04/12/10 = DAY ONE... here we go!!!



Personal Information:
I'm 26 years old and have 5 year old son, who I adore more than anything. I grew up in a town no one in their right mind has heard of, where there are more cows than people. Before I had my drivers license if we wanted to get somewhere we had two options: ride your bike or walk. We usually rode. I worked at Sam''s Club later, for a couple of years, and I think that''s what helped keep me in shape when I was getting older. However, I got a job in a corporate office, and didn't get all that extreme heavy lifting and walking all day long.

Now, it''s time to get back in shape so that I can look the way I used to and be proud of myself again, and feel comfortable in anything I wear!

    hey. I saw you returned to the world of spark and posted on D's page. How are things going? I have had a very bad year for being healthy, but I am getting myself fitter and have signed up for a 20 mile race next March!!!! If that doesn't get me into shape, nothing will!

    Hi!!! I'm here!!! I've been using spark to track my calories each day but haven't done much else on here lol. Since January 1, I haven't had a sip of alcohol or a cigarette, have been to the gym 5 out of 7 days a week and finally lost 10 lbs!!! ( I creeped back up to 167 before that YIKES)... so things are GOOD! FINALLY! You look AWESOME in your pic girlie!!! So proud of you =) emoticon

    Thanks fo the encouragement, i really needed a pick me upper. BTW- you look great! Whatever you are doing, keep up the good work! Planet fitness is a 24 hours gym from Mon- Fri. it however does not have any classes, just machine. But if you do drop by, look for an asian chick on the treadmill. And YES! We can do it!
