I have been using for about six years on and off. When I first started I had 86 pounds that I wanted to lose which seemed almost impossible. I have managed to lose 61 pounds over the six years. I have lost the wait in chunks at a time. I have been the most successful when I consistently record my activity and my food. I know that this has been imperative to my success but still I admit to finding it hard to be consistent. Now that I am in my last 25 pounds to lose I am ready to make a push again.

My Goals:
To lose 25 pounds by July 1st 2017. Since it is the very beginning of November this gives me 8 months to reach my goal which averages out to a little more than 3 pounds per month. Truth be told I would be happy with any weight I can lose or even if I don't gain any weight but why not go for gold!

Would love to wear a bikini this summer even if it is just a bikini top with a flirty swim skirt.

My Program:
Continue exercising 3-5 times per week by doing yoga, walking my pups, hiking, belly dancing, circuit training, zumba and water aerobics.

Add more protein and fruits and vegetables to my diet. Try and decrease the amount junk food. I accept that I will always eat a certain amount of junk food but my goal is to bring it in to balance. I don't often eat large quantities of food but I do eat a large amount of fast food which packs a large amount of calories in a smaller amount of food. I would like to hit my goal on most days (allowing myself not to be 100% perfect) for calories, fat and protein.

Drink more water and try to get more sleep.
