    Thanks for the comment on my blog. I think we have so many things in common. My highest weight ever was 252. I then lost weight and gained some back, and when I was at 236 in April of last year, I decided to kick it in gear. I worked my butt off all last summer, and even paid attention to what I was eating over the winter months. Since my body was used to losing, it continued to lose even though I wasn't exercising much.

    Now I am at 175 and I feel great. I have more to lose to be healthy I guess but I feel great. I even wore a bathing suit in public yesterday. Check out my pics, to see what a difference it can make once you really get goin. I can't even begin to tell you how much it's worth it.
