Introduction Text I am so glad to find a site to help in my new journey!! I often struggle to stay a float.. I need help I eat mostly at work cuz we are bored and stressed. and I sit all day, then when i get home, I usually have to tend to my baby and after making supper, I dont want to do anything, but rest... I cant ever find the best time to exercise.. BUT I AM SO DONE MAKING EXCUSES JUST DO IT

MY GOALS ARE TO BE BE DONE AND to stay motivated and try to make the change for a lifetime. and try to walk when I can. and To drink More H2O.... Trying to stay in range with the Calories I AM DONE GOIN OVER MY RANGE.. drinking more water and walking with the baby.

I am from Pa, I have 3 kids, Tyler 15, Kacey 11 and my newest member Marley is 6 mo, I was just married in Oct last yr, and I work at comcast. I also sell Avon on the side.

My interest would be hanging with my family plus my kids do all kids of sports so I am always cheering them on as well.
