I have had trouble with my weight for my entire life. I have tried almost every diet in man made history. The diet i have found most helpful is just portion control and exercising. If there is one that works better i would love to know the secret. After battling with my weight loss for so long i reach a depressing 354 lbs. With that 354 lbs came high blood pressure. It was that moment i feared for my life the most. So i made some life changes and loss 70lbs.. which is great but i still have a lot to lose. I discovered for myself that if i just set small goals at a time, i do better. It actually makes me feel like my smaller goals are much bigger than what they really are.However right now my problem is that after losing the 70lbs , i have plateau. So this is where this website come in place i hope. I'm looking for a true buddy or a team of people just like myself . So if you think you got what it takes to help me stay focus, motivated, active, and commited, contact me immediatley. And who knows i might can be inspiration as well.

Fitness Minutes: 171

My Goals:
10lbs - A night out with hubby.

15lbs- Pedicure

25lbs- New pair shoes

40lbs- Diva outfit

50lbs- A trip on hubby.


My Program:
1. To love the body I have now to better appreciate my new body to come.
2. Like my page say fresh i s more . So a lot of fresh veggies and fruits.
3. Portion control
4. Self contol
5. MOVE. Less sitting being active in any way.
6. Less red meat.
7. Whole grain
8. Breathe, just taking a step back and remembering that no one is perfect and mistakes do happen. And while on this journey I will sometimes slip and fall but the cure is to just get back up. Start over like its a new day, for Iam a working progress.
