Introduction Text Starting: November 7th 2016 SW:154 GW:125 My name is Kevina and I am a 22 year old living in NYC working in the fashion industry. For as long as I can remember I've always had weight issues and have felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I've "dieted" for many years, lost 20 pounds and gained it back, the whole shabang. This time I'm telling myself I'm sticking to it, not only for my health but for my confidence.

Run a mile in under 10 minutes Be able to run a half marathon by 2017 Loose 30 pounds Have a normal BMI Learn new healthy meals weekly Be determined & don't give up

Go to the gym 3-5 times a week Eat lots of vegetables Cut out desserts (yes sometimes have a cheat day) Eat 5 small meals a day Limit portions of bread/pasta
