    I saw your post on the Season of the Beast team. Don't worry about next season. Start TODAY! I've lost count of the weeks, but I think today is day one of week 8 or 9. It's a 17 week season. So if you want to join in the fun, just make a tracker and jump in with the rest of the Mamas, We also have a Hot August Nights Bahama Mama only challenge going on, to help us all stay on track. Your weekly goal can be anything you want, food, fitness, inches lost, or weight. There's a Hot August Nights Tracking thread and a chat thread.

    Hey hey!

    I did the workout about two years ago and I lost the last ten pounds to hit goal weight. I stuck with it for a bit when I had to do cardio but then I moved to other workout videos. Then I tried it again last year with a small group (most of who dropped out in the middle of the two month workout) but it didn't have the same effect. I have since regained those same ten pounds lol! But I'm still trying. I don't do Insanity anymore, mostly just NTC workouts (the Nike app) and I've been thinking about picking up running. I hear it does good things for the body, lol! emoticon
