here i am 92kg. i broke my leg in 2006,put on loads of weight and i have never got it off again. I am now 100kg and really need to do something about it.

My Goals:
Need to loose about 30Kg to get down to my ideal weight. I hate running, but if i was fitter maybe i wouldnt hate it so much, so really want to be able to run.

My Program:
 I love the cal tracker and the exercise tracker, its a real eye opener.


Personal Information:
I am from the UK. I have a very busy job and dont have much time for non-work related things. dont get out much, but need to take advantage of life more!

    I must admit Keren, I don't usually get involved with chat rooms, but I do find this site seems to be good.
    When I started all I wanted was to track my food, but I seem to have got into posting and I quite like it.
    You sound like one pretty fit young lady to me, so I bet the skiing accident was tough on you. You sound very positive and I'm sure you are on your way to getting back to full fitness. After such a big accident, I'm sure it just takes time. Hang on in there.

    Hi Keren, Just thought I would come and check out your Spark page. I love the picture of you with the lizard, where was that taken. I also see you in plaster, looks like a pretty nasty injury. My husband had a nasty injury to his ankle which had to be plated, it happened years ago, but he still has problems with it, hope yours has improved. Keep up the challenges, I really look forward to them, it is nice to have someone in England to chat to.
