    Good for you! Losing 3 lbs in 2 weeks is great! That's exactly what "they" say is healthy. I also love yoga! It feels so good. I was taking classes for a while but they got too expensive. I have a few godd yoga dvds though and a friend who's a kundalini yoga instructor which helps. HerbaLife, huh? I don't know much about it.

    I've been doing pretty good. My two goals have been to stay under 1500 calories and exercise for at least 15 minutes daily (not much but it's been a good start). I've been doing well with the calories and completely agree that writing things down makes a world of a difference. That's the only way I ever succeed. I've also been doing the Biggest Loser Power Walk dvd where you do a mile per day. They increase the intensity as the weeks go on. I've managed to stick with it! Yippee! As for weight loss, I've only weighed in once so far and lost 1.8. Was hoping for more but aren't we always?

    I feel your pain (literally) with the ankle. I've had a bad back that only seems to see relief with vicodin (and I'm not interested in living on that). Also have plantar fascitis and flat feet.

    It's an uphill battle BUT we can do it!
