Wow! I can't believe how time flies! I joined Sparkpeople back when my daughter was born and have been on and off for a while. My little girl is turning6 this year (what?!?!?!) and time keeps moving on.

My Goals:
1. To exercise @ least 30 minutes 5 days a week!

2. To feel better about myself!

3. To have more energy!!

4. To have another child

5. To run in a 1/2 marathon.

My Program:
Trying to eat healthier and excercise more.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Rochester New York and graduated from St. John Fisher's in 2004 after 9 long years (I put myself thru college, so most of those 9 years were part-time). I am now married and living in Northern VA. I LOVE it here!
