1. Workout for 1 hour everyday.

2. Eat slow and enjoy my food.

3. Eat fruits and veggies everyday.
4. Drink water!!!

5. Get down to 120 lbs.

6. Become a certified personal trainer.


1. Pay off my car.

2. Put $200 a month in savings.

3. New carpet and paint in the bedroom.

My Program:
My fitness program will be a mix of the following programs:

CLX Extreme ABS

When the weather is nice, 4 mile runs and yard work.

Personal Information:
My name is Kelly, i am 27 years old and i am from Iowa. I played every spot under the sun from the time i was 5. I was generally happy with my body until i went through divorce. I had been with this guy for 7 years before we got married. He always had a temper but it got worse after we were married and it started to become very physical. One day i just said enough, told him to get his stuff and not to come back. I quit eating, the site or smell or food would make me throw up. I didn't sleep, i lost 25 lbs. I looked good for a while but then i started to look like a zombie. Until i met the greatest guy in the world how makes me so happy. So happy in fact that i put all that weight back on, ugh... I know what my body can look like and now i am doing it the healthy way.

Other Information:
I am a huge sports fan. Here are the teams and sports i follow:

Football: Iowa Hawkeyes(of course) and Chicago Bears

Basketball: Hawks and LA Lakers

Baseball: Chicago Cubs and White Sox

Nascar: Kyle "Rowdy" Busch

NHRA: Team Force

Other Hobbies:

I love to cook and i love to garden. I love to travel and ride the Harley durning the summer.(i don't drive, i just ride)

    You should Try BR. The old workouts are better, but some of their new stuff is great also. I personally don't pay attention to the fact that lisa wears skimpy clothing, she has a rocking body. But is does bother some people and some of their shots are more on lisa's body than her form. I just watch the move and move on. I would watch a video write down the workout and then go do it. They are really great total body. You will feel it for sure.

    Thanks for your comments on my plateau blog! I am going to try to get back to tracking for a while to see if that helps. I think I am going to try this concept called zig zag for my calories (having high and low days- all within my range though). Adding ST is another great option. I love ST and try to get 3-4 days in a week. Your attitude and progress is great! I hope you don't mind, I added you as a emoticon ! Make it a great week!
