2 kids. Ages 1 and 3. It does a number on your body. I am finally at a point where I can take a little time for me. I am using it to get my body back the way it should be. I don't care about scale numbers. Thin for me is 130-140 based on my body frame. Skinny is about 125. I am guessing on my weight because I have no scale and my gym also doesn't.

That being said, hopefully positive change will come. My goal longterm is to fit back in my 7-8 jeans.

Short term goals:
Run1 mile without stopping
Run 2 miles without stopping
Cardio 3-5 days a week
Strength traini g 3 days a week
Say no to sweets
2 cheat days per month where I can eat anything I choose

My Goals:
I want to get to a small size 5 or a size 3.

i want to be super healthy.

i want to run a 5k, get up to running a 10 k, and perhaps push on to a half marathon in the future.

My Program:
I do weight training 3 days a week.

I do cardio (30-60 minutes 5 days a week)

I try to run at least 2 miles every day that I do cardio, and then use the elliptical. to vary, i Hop on the bike form time to time too.

I'm a 31 year old diva who is taking control of her life!!!!!!

Other Information:
I am fun and exciting. i love to try new things. i have really taken to exercise and I love being active. i wanna start playing soccer, roller blading, and maybe some other sports....
