2018 Update - I reached my goal weight November 25, 2012. Most of 2017 I hovered just above goal weight but I didn't stress. I continued to maintain my healthy habits.

I completed the Spark 2017 4-Week Holiday Challenge and it helped me enjoy the holidays AND get back to goal weight at the end of the year!

I do not define myself by the scale. It's not about being skinny for me. It's about strength and endurance now.

I believe in baby steps to achieve goals and maintain lifelong healthy habits.

I look forward to continue learning from Spark friends and staying active in 2018!

June 9 - Sweetness 5K run
June 23 - Chicago Proud to run 10K
September 9 - Brookfield Zoo 5K

    LOL - that's exactly what I thought I'd say when I go out tonight. Everyone will know me and ask tonight. Tomorrow nobody will know or care. Thanks for the bloglove. And if you want a feel good series - try those #1 Ladies Detective series. I'm #5 on the waiting list for the latest book but I'm thinking I might like to start the series all over again. It's a very tender series and the author says it's his love song to Africa.
