4/9/13 I have successfully been able to maintain my weight without exercise for 6 months! Wow! Now it's time to tighten and tone!!

10/1 those last 10lbs wouldn't budge so I went back for a 21 day HCG.

7/5/12 Woo hoo! Lost 29.4lbs on HCG in 40 Days. Ready to start getting back into running for the last 10lbs! Huge accomplishment, to actually look forward to a child's first birthday pictures because I have lost most of the baby fat!!

5/24/12 First day of HCG. Today is a fat loading day! Following a doctor monitored HCG program for 42 Days!

10/29/11 I'm back! I've had my third baby and I am done! I will never again be pregnant and I want my body back!! I have about 50lbs to lose this time and I am not happy. I always struggle to lose while breast feeding but I am determined to figure it out this time! I work full time and with 3 kids finding time to exercise might be a challenge but I will figure it out. First step is get the eating under control and find the magic calorie number!

7/28/11 Brought our new baby boy into the world!

12/15/11 Found out we are pregnant with baby #3!!! Not expecting that but we are very excited. Now how on earth do I keep up my exercise and keep my weight down?

5/24/10 UPDATE
So David and I had a baby! Our beautiful little girl named Lily was born 4/3/10! We couldn't be happier. And sure the first 20lbs disappeared quickly but I am left with the final 20 plus the additional 10lbs I would like to lose. So my new goal is to lose 30lbs. My activity was very limited during pregnancy ( I was put on bed rest at the end due to preterm labor). So I have to start to build myself back into running. I've started with walking for about an hour or at least 3miles a day. I also have the bodybugg to help me monitor my calories burned. I have to return to work soon and that's going to be a struggle as well. balancing a new baby, lack of sleep, eating right and exercising along with work will be my next challenge!

~~~ OLD INFO...
Here I am! Trying to lose the 15lbs and put myself in a new fitness category. My goal this year is to really push myself forward in my athletic training and lose some weight in the process. Ultimately, I don't want to focus on the scale, rather how I am doing with my goals and how I look and feel. I know if I focus on these the scale will budge!!!
My passion besides my loves, David, and my daughters is running. I recently completed my first half marathon and can't wait to do another one! I always feel a bit awkward being a heavier runner but I just think to myself, hey at least I am doing it! I never thought I'd be a runner, I was always told I wouldn't due to my knees. But I took it slow and now I love my runs!
After I had my daughter (6 years ago) I had struggled to lose over 60 pounds. It took me a year before I even tried and then about another 6-8 months to get it all off. I still struggle with a good 20lbs up and down but am trying to find a habit that will stop that. Running seems to have been a great avenue for me.
I've always been the "healthy" girl. I love to eat and certainly don't like feeling deprived. Because of this I have to be active to be able to keep diabetes and other ailments away! In High School I always thought I was fat but I look back now and relaize I just had a bad mind set. Even today I will sometimes slip into that bad mentality and catch myself. I think it's taught to us through society to be aware of our imperfections. My goal is to ignore societies view and just find happiness in my own body.
New Goal to Eat Clean started 8/3/09!!
HA Found out I am Pregnant 8/20/09! We couldn't be happier. Now my goal is to gain the recommended weight during pregnancy (not the 60+lbs I gained over 6 years ago with my first baby).
4/9/13 Now I am focusing on firming up and training! C25K to get me back into running and then who knows!
My Program:
I have found counting calories causes me to obsess about food, so I try to just watch protions and choose clean healthy food. Not always the case but I try. So far doing this has left me feeling like i am not dieting and has kept the weight off and still going down.
Personal Information:
I am someone who has struggled with weight her whole life. I couldn't lose a pound while breastfeeding with any of my three kids and just thought that I was meant to be heavy forever. It wasn't true and I found a way!!
