I have reignited the spark recently because I have finally found true motivation. It is not just because of a number on the scale or the way my jeans fit. I truly want to be my best me. This year I have started a steady journey to be the best me I can, and help others achieve their best.

Every day, I believe that my spark gets a little brighter. Even if at times I feel like it's getting blown out, I know that when the wind dies down my spark will be bigger and brighter than before.

My Goals:
Keep my body fat under 20%
Remember my goals!!!
Put forth an effort of which I can be proud towards work, school, and marriage.
Show the people I love that I love them.
Dedicate as much time to mental health as well as physical health.

My Program:
Crossfit!!! and it's associated sites.
Clean eating- within reason (no paleo or vegan extremes here)
Stephen Covey community, and personal best.
Do a few more triathlons.

I hail from Atlantic Canada.
I have a family that would make anyone feel blessed and I hope I make them feel the same.

Other Information:
I believe that if, at the end of it all, according to our abilities, we have done something to make others a little happier, and something to make ourselves a little happier, that is about the best we can do. To make others less happy is a crime. To make ourselves unhappy is where all crime starts. We must try to contribute joy to the world.     Thanks so much for the blog comment! Its definitely harder working out at a slower pace than I'm used to! Hopefully it will be worth it! This is definitely a good lesson in patience for me! haha!
