Snacking is not a good habit.
When I eat anything, I want to add to my nutrition not undo it.
Eat healthy by watching portion size.
Drink at least 8 glass of water and up to 10 daily.
Exercise at least 3 times and not more than 6 times a week
I need to focus on sweets. Let Go!

    You wondered about how to prepare tofu on the WW page. Be sure to press it, if these recipes don''t explain that, look it up on your search engine. I don't have a press, I
    put it on a plate, top it with another plate, wrap a brick in a kitchen towel and set it on the top plate for half an hour, then drain the liquid from the plate before I cook with it. I have not tried these recipes, I generally use tofu in stir-fry or in tofu or chocolate pie. It's very versatile.

    Sounds nice having a church dinner every 2nd Sunday of the month. The socializing would be good.

    Glad you haven't had snow. We did have 2 in. on fri. and Sat., but unbelieveably, even though it's only 34, the sun was out and some of the snow melted. Happy about that!
