Once more with feeling.


I often joke that hidden inside me is a sassy, confident thin girl and a lot of cupcakes.

I've tried to dump the cupcakes a few times, but with no success. It seems like the process is one step forward, two steps back.

The goal is to drop to 140 or lower by my next birthday

On Level II of the Jillian Michael's 30 Day shred! Woo!

Trying to hit the elliptical or treadmill 20 minutes a day in addition.

My name is Ashley and I'm a Contracting Drone in Dayton Ohio. I'm a double Alum from Wright State University. I love Jesus and I'm pretty active in my church (plug: http://www.gracecrossingchurch.net/). I love traveling when I have the budget for it and I particularly adore Southern California. :) I'm jealous of their lack of snow! I'm also a voracious reader when I can cram it into my busy, busy schedule!
