Hello thanks for visiting my page I am tired of wasting my time eating and thinking about food so much, I was doing really good after going on the cabbage soup diet while I was in nightschool for about a week and I reached 146lbs. Now I am 148lbs and I want to get down to 133lbs so that is 15lbs I have to lose. When I reach my goal I will be a much happier person because I believe my weight is the reason I don't look at myself so highly and it is holding me back on doing the things I want to do. I remember how energetic I used to be when I was thinner and I want it back! It's never too late and I'm not giving up on myself!

My Goals:
Losing 15lbs before I become pregnant also cut out a lot of fat , cutdown on processed foods and white flour, and eating more lean protein and whole grains. Getting back into the exercise routine so I can get more energy through out the day.Get my chores done in the morning before eating breakfast so it don't slow myself down.

My Program:
Lunges, Squats , 50 situps twice a day, 20 pushups twice a day stationary bike for 20 to 30 minutes two times a week or so. For the eating thing I will try to eat approximately 300 calories every three hours and eat dinner not so late so thats about 8 or 9 o clock I eat breakfast then eat again 11 then 2 then 5, so that way I don't go over my daily calorie limit (1200-1500 calories)

Personal Information:
I live in the USA the beautiful state of Hawaii, I have lived here the whole 21 years of my life I love it here but I want to do some traveling later on definately.. I have been off the island once and that was to go to Vegas and that was a huge environmental change. Thats all for now

    Glad to see you back! I really messed up the end of last year. The only thing I can say is that at least I didn't gaine it ALL back, but enough to say the least. I'd like to be where you are now... in the 140's :) Someday I'll reach that goal. I just feel it. I also think you'll reach yours as well. Just keep with your plan!

    Birds... we knew that Cappie was a girl when we bought her. Her original owners were moving to Germany and she would have had to stay in quarantine for 6 months, so they sold her instead. Great for us! She's been a joy. We also have 2 other birds...a sun conure, Chili Pepper and a cockatiel, Amy. We used to have a lovebird, but he passed away last year. We also had a Catalina Macaw... he/she (not sure) was a beauty and huge, but very aggressive and loud. Perhaps I could have put up with the loud had he not been so agressive. He bit a lot... and snapped at nearly everyone. Not fun having 4 children in the house... we had to sell him, so we found a man who previously owned an amazon and terribly missed it. I think we found him a good home because Mango was definitely a one owner bird.

    Thanks for checking out my story! Love your page! I took that pill when I was 17-20, Had my 11yr. old then. I'm 31 now, and honestly, I'm not sure which pill the doctor prescribed. Ask your ob-gyn. I wish you the best of luck!
