I fell off the wagon for a couple of months, but I am back now and it feels great! I am just starting BLC21 as part of the Sassy Shamrock Sheriffs and I am really psyched to be part of a team that is so motivated and driven. This team has an amazing track record and I intend to help keep that streak going strong. I already know that I have to change my entire way of life when it comes to food and exercise, and for the most part I know what I need to do....now I just need to figure out how to me it "stick"! I am ready to be done with carrying around the extra baggage. There are many things I want to do in my life that require me to be more physically fit, and I am sick of moping around waiting for the weight to magically fall off so I can do them! I am really excited by how much better my body already feels. I can't wait to see what is in store for me!!

My Goals:
I would really really really like to figure out how to permanently incorporate fitness and healthy eating into my life!


My Program:
Long term goals...
-To look and feel awesome
-To be physically fit so that I can do ANYTHING I want to with confidence
-To live life to it's fullest potential - as my daughter would say "YOLO", You only live once!!
-To buy a fabulous new wardrobe full of sophisticated, professional, fun, and sexy clothes:-)

Weekly Goals...
-To plan family meals for the following week each Sunday
-To go to the grocery store and have all needed ingredients on hand
-To have a dinner back-up plan for those unexpected events that come up
-To lose 1-2 pounds per week

Daily Goals...
-To be proud of myself and the choices I make
-To be a good role model
-To be my own biggest cheerleader
-To stay within 1300-1400 calories
-To exercise daily
-To work more protein into each day
-To add ALL of the food I eat in the tracker



Personal Information:
I live in the Twin Cities with my husband, 3 daughters and one dog.


Other Information:
I really enjoy reading, working on projects around the house and yard, laughing, shopping, watching movies and my favorite T.V. shows, and hanging out with my family. I always start out strong with a new plan, and have a tendency to fizzle out once I get bored. I need constant motivation!

    Hello there,
    Well...big props on your 11 pounds lost! That is awesome! Also, are you tracking on your fitness page when you clean the house or do yard work? Yes indeedy those activites burn up the cals...

    And I just found out two things today 1.) I have 123 not 111 pounds to lose to get to a healthy BMI (yep I gots to lose the fatty 2.) I also got a visit from Aunt Flo a week ahead of time...so no wonder why I was getting so weepy about my knee.

    Saturday was a lot of fun...so was Thursday. Does Lil' R have any other meets next week? I'd love to go if she does...

    Last night was so much fun, I loved your visualizations! I also loved dinner, it was so tasty...one other thing.
