Losing weight to prove to myself I can do it. I have had quite a few years of bad health, bad body image and bad excuses. I am ready to move on and love myself for being the best I can be.

Fitness Minutes: 23,891

My Goals:
Moving past my initial goal and resetting where I want to be. I am planning a New Years resolution. I would like to get down to a svelte 135 by February 28,2010. I have encountered a huge bump in my path. I recently discovered a sensitivity to Wheat. This may be a blessing in disguise. Since, giving up Wheat I have felt better than ever.


My Program:
I'm watching my calories and working out. Eating 13-1700 Cal per day with about 2200 Cal burned at the gym per week. Training for the Cleveland Half Marathon in May

I want to increase the Calories burned, to meet my strength and endurance goals.

I am very interested natural nutrition. I would like to become more green with my living. We move back to Ohio on Jan. 15. It is going to be a welcomed adjustment.



Personal Information:
I am currently living in Taiwan. I have been here for 2.5 years and we plan on returning to the North Canton area of Ohio in January. My husband and I have been "health conscious" for some time. When we moved to Asia it became more difficult than you can imagine to stay on top of our fitness and eating. Having successfully incorporated a more healthful lifestyle, we are strong as a team.


Other Information:
I am looking to further my fitness strength and endurance. I would like to accomplish a Half Marathon in the Spring. Working on going flexitarian and becoming more proficient in the art of home grown and made from scratch.
