Homeschool, southern, writer, mother of 3 and lazy human being who so desperately needs to affirm that she is not lazy and can surpass the fatness and unhealthy habits that have overtaken her life. I grew up in the south eating healthy (for the most part) being active in cheerleading and dance. Never overweight and most of my family in the "not" overweight category either. I have come to the realization that being me means giving in to the person who I used to be and not giving in to the ease that is being fat...who says I have to be perfect? No one, I don't want to be model thin...I want to be me for my kids, able to be active with them in this new journey of homeschooling. Looking into the future I don't want to see someone who isn't happy or comfortable with herself, I want to see a woman who is glad that she tried and didn't give up for her children and herself.

Fitness Minutes: 1,729

My Goals:
Goal #1 - Loose 2lbs a week.

Goal #2 - Cardio exercise for 30 minutes 6x a week.

Goal #3 - Strength train 3x a week.

Goal #4 - Limit calorie intake to less than 1650 a day.

Goal #5 - Track everything I eat.

Goal #6 - Write a weekly blog post about my progress

Goal #7 - Be down to goal weight of 125 by my 30th Birthday on Dec. 23rd, 2011.
