I am now back to the drawing board! I have had my first child in November of 2011. After gaining a grand total of 70 lbs (!) I have decided NOT to hold on to the extra 50 I kept. It is time to go back to what I know best....working out & eating right. I have actually posted some before pics and have every intention of following up with either in-between pics or after pics. This is the first time I have EVER posted before and after pics. I feel kind of ashamed that I let myself go this much. But I believe it is nothing I can't fix!

When I say this is for me and everyone else, I hope to be as inspirational & motivational to you as you will be to me.

Their is no obstacle, exercise or diet to "hard" to at least attempt.
IT'S ALL ABOUT ATTITUDE!

Fitness Minutes: 15,464

My Goals:
To lose 50 lbs by the end of this summer 2012.

Recently had a baby and ready to shed that infamous baby fat!


My Program:
I am currently changing up my routine with some Jillian Micheal's DVD's like: Yoga, 30 Day Shred, Fat Blast & No more Trouble Zones. I am also incorporating ChaLEAN Extreme, theFIRM, SP 5k rookie training program & my own twist on things some days. I also try to mix up my calories on a day to day basis, mixing different foods together every month. I am a person that can eat the same thing ALL the time if needed so I am also starting to incorporate some green tea into my lifestyle. Day in and day out it gets easier!



Personal Information:
I was always over weight as a child and now I can be pretty hard on myself about it. I think I have done rather well on my food habits, it is the exercising that I need to work on. I LOVE strength training workouts with lots of options!


Other Information:
The more support we have the better!
