I started in March 2013 wanting to change to a healthy and fit lifestyle. Now, July 2013, I am living a healthy and fit lifestyle. I still have a long way to go, but I am doing it.

My Goals:
245 lbs
12% body fat
Healthy, active and fun

My Program:
I am tracking all my food intake and my exercise and activity. I got the Spark activity tracker and my goal is 6000 steps per day, 30 min of cardio every day and strength training 4 days per week.

Personal Information:
11/1/13 - I took most of October off because of injury and job. I didn't tack my food daily, but I focused on maintaining what I had accomplished while I was "off." I did it!!! didn't gain any weight and able to pick up cardio pace where I left off.

7/9/13 - Improving my lifestyle to a healthy, fit and fun one. Still working to overall goal and having fun doing it.

3/16/13 - Recently divorced, struggling starting a complex business with no capital during tough economic times. And, in order to get back to me and enjoy my life for me and my 2 boys, I am changing my lifestyle.

Other Information:
11/3/13 - I am back to the strict program of tracking, education and working the spark everyday and meeting my daily activity goals. FEELS GREAT!!

7/9/13 - I am feeling less stress in my life. Eating healthy and working out at least 4 times a week. But I am not satisfies, still more to do and focused on my big goal but very happy and proud of the little ones I have accomplished so far.

5/10/13 - Doctors say major stress factors are loss of job, death of parent, divorce, financial troubles; they can all lead to problems. I have had them all in the last year but I am going to do something about it.
