    Kat sorry to hear about your accident....ouch, glad you're better..
    as for me I 'm doing good....it is a daily struggle to keep the weight off..some days are good some not so good.....
    I have been able to keep the 200 plus pounds off ..I do gain a few loose a few most weeks....I was hoping to get to 135 but so far 138 has been my lowest..I mostly stay at the 140-143 range..not great but when I think where i was 5 years ago its a mircle....yep it's a mircle..life is grand when your healthy...
    I am very proud of myself as I know its hard work..very hard work but I am still determined to keep the weight off.... so one day at a time..
