WHO IS MORE FOOLISH, THE CHILD AFRAID OF THE DARK, OR THE MAN AFRAID OF THE LIGHT? Don't be afraid to make a change in your life. Let that light inside of you shine for bigger, brighter and more beautiful things. I have been overweight most of my life, but I really started packing on the weight after the birth of my children. I have lost weight only to gain it back. I have decided that enough is enough. Food is fuel. We all need to eat to survive that's why it is a horrible addiction to have. I quit smoking over ten years ago I also quit drinking in 2011!! I get stressed I turn to food to comfort me. I am looking to food for some kind of feeling that I am just not getting else where. I know how good I feel when I eat healthy vs unhealthy and how good I feel after I exercise. I am in this for the long haul and nothing is going to hold me back. The only person I can count on to change my lifestyle is me.

I just want to get to a healthy BMI
I want to feel good about the way I look

My Program:
My plan is to stay within calorie range, eat as much nutrient rich food as possible, drink lots of water, and get off plenty of physical activity as I can. I love to be outdoors! :)

I live in salem/keizer, Oregon. I have three lovely children, I work full time as a CNA and I am going to school to get my RN.

Other Information:
I am still trying to find my calling in life. I love the story of the raven and the sun. I am taking away the darkness of things past and present and letting the light shine. I want to Be love. What does love mean to you? That is what I want to be.
