Introduction Text I'm here to lose weight and keep track of my eating habits as well as my exercise. Being fit is just as important to me as being thin so quitting smoking is also on the list of things to do. Ok, - WAS on my list of things to do cause I did it, woo hoo!

Not to have to shop in the Plus sizes anymore. I don't care if it's a 16, as long as it's not a plus size store I buy it from! My long term goal is to run or participate in a 5K.

I am following the diet but not food for food, I do a lot of swapping out but stay within the recommendations. I work out at least 5 to 6 days a week including cardio and weights. I also quit smoking.

I live in Rainier Oregon and own my own home business.

I have two wonderful grown daughters and two beautiful granddaughters. I am getting married in June to my best friend, my workout partner and my greatest supporter.
