I spent a week in hot and humid Iowa for a most incredible opera Festival with the Des Moines Metro opera co. It was hot and humid back home in Minnesota too until storms went through both places and cooled things off Then it was delightful even though rivers flowed over banks. fields are flooded again and trees went down but the weather was delightful
Now back Home to deal with pre-diabetes and to work out more and eat more healthy; looking at Paleo and keto and just had a 3-D body scan this morning to show me Where I am so now I can set goals to where I would like to be a month from now two months from now etc

Yoga at least twice a week
Walk at least three times a week.
Eat healthy! low carb foods and meals

My Program:
Sharing my program both online and with friends..here at home.
3 pounds.. buy fresh flowers

5 pounds. .. facial
8 pounds.. massage
10 healthy lunch w a friend
15 Barnes and noble. Books
20..stop in at the Dress Barn and 'shop' for a new outfit if it is still open!
25. Plan a day trip meeting friends to shop/have lunch/go for a walk..or all three

Personal Information:
retired widow who lives in a senior co op with two cats, has lived in the Midwest all my life, still dream of winters in Arizona but so far that hasn't happened. as friends prefer Florida..which is okay. . Love to read, enjoy writing and am in a great writing group sharing our 'memoirs.

Love mysteries , Boris the quiet gray cat. Issac the rambunctious cat, PBS programs including the Brit sitcoms and mystery theatre; Anything Judi Dench is in Love to iron on rainy days, bake bread when it snows,
