New Introduction: I am on round two at Spark! Started in July, it is now end of Sept. I stressed too hard and defeated myself for a while but I am back and have still lost 9 lbs from the summer so that's good! Have set new lower, less stressful goal of 35 lb loss from now to next July, my birthday. Will be very pleased with that! Thanks for support from all members of spark! It is so helpful not to be alone!

Hello and welcome to my page! I am 61 years old, single grandmother, self-published author, channeler and tarot reader, new to SP July 2013, weight loss goal: 84 lb by April 2014.

I have been isolated for years. Guess i needed that; it was safe, but I am WAY tired of that! Glad to make new friends.

Personal Information:
I am 61, single grandmother, former student of foreign languages, bipolar, on disability for 17 years, self-published writer, obesity caused by antidepressants 20 years ago, been struggling ever since. Now the depression is managed, but the weight is not! But that is about to change.

    Hi OHChocolate! I am doing ok thank you! I am in a lull with my fitness program because I am bipolar and undergoing a very stubborn depression cycle right now. It really slows me down, but I have had it for forty years, so it won't stop me. I will just get up again. I am hoping to make more progress tomorrow. I am 61 years old.
