When I first signed up at spark I was going to do the P90X program. I did it for a couple weeks and it got to be too much because my school schedule was too intense to keep up with everything. My doctor told me that the stress I was under was causing me to gain more weight, and at that point I gave up. Now, weighing more than I ever have, I am finished with the semester and am ready to start focusing on other things. I'm not going to go back to P90X yet, living with my parents, who are addicted to TV, maks it too hard to be able to follow the videos and unfortunately I have no where else to go to do it, so instead i am tracking my calories on the spark, and am going to stick to the gym. Hopefully it works this time. I have decided to blog about my weightloss and post videos of my workouts. I know a lot about nutrition and what to do to lose the weight, I just have to put what I know into practice. So, I thought that I would help others in the process by sharing what I am doing. I also have a friend who is studying to be a personal trainer and he will be in some of my videos giving me workouts to do. My Goals:
I want to get back to a healthy weight.
I want to get rid of my constant sugar cravings.
To be able to consistently go to the gym like I used to.

My Program:
I don't have a set routine. I try to go to the gym as much as possible and try to incorporate other activites into my week. I also try to follow a healthy diet the best that I can.
I am always looking for new ways to work out and am constantly trying to learn more about diet and nutrition.
