Hello. My name is Katie, and I am on a journey to be healthier.

Fitness Minutes: 3,453

My Goals:
Work on being healthier in 2012. I would like 30 minutes of activity at least 3 days a week. Pack my lunches for work at least 4 days out of the week.

I'd like to be the one who is good looking, and not just a pretty face or smile. Not judged constantly by people who I have to work twice as hard to be accepted. I would like to not care, however it's just not that easy...I know it's going to be possible though. It just takes a lot of hard work.

My Program:
Trying to stay motivated and go to the gym. I have the healthy eating down for the most part, it's just going to the gym.

Trying the 80/20 rule, where 80% is fresh and only 20% processed foods. When I'm motivated, I do weigh everything or measure it out, which is always where I find my most success.

26 year old young professional, just looking to change her life one pound at a time.

In my spare time I enjoy movies, music, scrapbooking, reading. I'm also a reality tv junkee: Survivor, Big Brother, Biggest Loser, Batchelor, etc. and also enjoy Greys Anatomy, Private Practice, Lost.

I just finished my MBA through UW Madison in February, while working full time at the corporate office in marketing for a retailer.
