Hi! I joins SP in July, 2006, My daughter ~JENN~ helped me sign in. I thank her often for telling me about this site often. Since I joined 9 weeks ago I've lost 20 lbs. I feel the love from all the spark people, the encourgement, the motovation. Keep it coming, I've got along way to go, but with the help from my family and my new SP friends I know I can do it. Nov, 2006, so far I've lost 29 lbs in 4 months, feeling and looking alot better. Still have a way to go, but with all the motavation I'm getting from family and friends I know it will take a while with alot of work from ME.

My goal is to lose weight before returning to Hawaii in the Summer of 2007, I hope to be able to lose 60 lbs by July 1, 2007. And be able to walk while I''m there without getting so tired. With the encourgement from my family I know I can do it.

My husband Rob, daughter Jennifer and son Billy have given me the encourgement to lose weight. I plan to watch what I eat and try to exercise more.
