Hi, I am Kathleen.. I never know what to put for these things. I am in my early 30's. I am working on losing weight for health reasons and for a better self-image and to love myself and increase self-worth by living healthier and treating my body with respect.

I am a big emotional eater. I weighed 160 lbs about 4 years ago and have since lost 30 lbs. However its still hard to keep it low as medicine interactions and poor eating choices have caused me to yo-yo up and down for the last four years.

I love to meet new people and I am passionate about encouragement and uplifting sites like this one. I do tend to have an "approach/ avoidance" way about me in regards to losing weight and being active on the site. But I hope to learn how to moderate it so I wont be like that. But things are going steady and I hope they continue to steadily progress. :)

I cant wait to meet you!

I am up for any help anyone wants to offer and I am also up for helping anyone who needs a little help or support. We are all in this together!

1) Stop running to the drive through at McDonalds!
2) Take care of myself better
3. Lose some weight
4) Drink more water then diet coke!
5) Have a healthier lifestyle!
6) Start going on Walks again.
7) Be nicer to myself
8) Etc....

My Program:
I want to be a support to others and I also need support myself to follow healthy eating and lifestyle choices. I tend to torment myself by eating things I know arent good for me... its confusing.. but hoping this site will help.

Just FYI: I tend to get really over involved and then burnout and avoid for a while. It is one of my traits I am working on balancing but right now thats just how it is.. I am learning to acknowledge it etc... but i just wanted to throw that out there for people who are wondering where I am for months at a time.. answer is OFF the band wagon ;o) .. but then eventually I get tired of doing it the hard way and jump back on :o) (I am so changing this soon) (cant come up with the right words)...
