Hey Katherine, Still getting to the gym? I hope so. Fit Buckeye Fans has a team walk to Michigan before Sat. big game. Stop by and log your exercise efforts as we need you. We may be stuck down there at Ohio Weslyan the way we are moving. I only get a mile a day with the cast back on. Hope your nutrition is progressing well.
