It was so good to see your comment on the Falcon page. I will miss you there, but I definitely know what you mean. I trailed off at the end too with family and Christmas and all. More upsetting was the weight I gained back, but I am going to try one more round as I was successful overall and I learned a lot.
You look great! You keep up the good work and keep in touch. Who knows, I may move to Indiana some day! (That is where my son wants to live.)

Glad to see your message on the Falcon chat. I was hoping that everything was ok with you. Even though participating in BLC is worthwhile and helped me make progress, it can be a challenge to keep up with everything. You know what you can handle right now. I enjoyed being your teammate and hope to follow how you are doing somehow. Wishing you continued success in your quest for a healthier life.

    Success is a Choice
"Today I will make many choices, and each will have a consequence. Today I can choose to tell myself that I am worth the effort, or I can tell myself doesn't matter, I'll do it tomorrow. Today I can choose to journal, or I can choose not to. Today I can choose to drink my water, or I can choose to be
dehydrated. Today I can choose to stay in my points range, or I can choose to hinder my goals. Today I can choose to be more active, or I can choose to take the easy way. Today I can choose to be motivated, or I can choose to tell myself "I can't." Today I can choose success. IT IS MY CHOICE."

    Hi Kate,
Hope all is ok with you. Haven't seen you on the Falcon chat and that isn't like you. Hope it is just the business of the upcoming holiday that has you pressed for time. Take care!
