Hey! thanks for responding..lol and yes it was SNAP fitness. And no I dont measure my food or count calories. I've started with the basic steps like, no unhealthy snacks and sugary drinks. Although i'm having trouble sticking with not having snacks. I basically eat what my parents buy b/c am currently unemployed, so it is hard to count calories. But yesterderday was the first time working out on my elliptical. I was on it 35 minutes and burned 400 calories! but I was starving afterward and ate a bunch of mini chocolate candy. :( oopsie... so that workout was basically wasted. But i'm going to keep trying b/c I know my mind is powerful, and if I belive in my mind that I can do it, nothing is out of my grasp. Im at 280 now b/c of my thyroide condition and other medications that cause weight gain..blah but anyway i'm still hangin in there...lol I hope that u r well 3197 days ago

Hey, I was wondering how you were doing. I dont know if u remember me. I met u at the gym about 1 and a half two years ago and you told me about spark. thanks so much for that. recently ive gained a tremindous amount of weight and I really feel defeated. but God is good and I will persevere.
