Hey there! I don't need to lose 130 pounds like they do on "The Biggest Loser", I just need to be "The Not As Much Biggest Loser." This beach girl is trying to get the last 30 lbs off.

Looking at me, people tell me that I'm fine and shouldn't worry about my weight. Truth is, I'm tall and have a lot of places to put it. I weighed my heaviest after graduating college (almost 6 yrs ago) and lost 20 pounds right away, I then lost another 20 lbs. but I have gained 20 back after not reaching my goal.

On my way back up the scale 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and more recently a mycoplasmal infection. I just got off of antibiotics in Feb but my lst blood work showed the infection still present. Losing weight while I can't work out the way I'm used to has been difficult.

I work the 40+ hr work week and don't have a husband or kids, so you'd think I could manage my time & eating habits better.

What I do have are housemates & co-workers... these people are a huge derailment to my goals. At work there are always bad things to eat. Clients send over donuts in the morning, cakes around lunch, and sugary sweets in the afternoon. My housemates eat all things that I do not. It makes it difficult to see food all around me that I am not able to take part in if I want to look different.

I know that I'm using being overweight as a sheild. I have always been a "head-turner". I'm tall and busty and blonde. Part of me has been afraid of the attention I could receive by upgrading myself as I already receive attention for my looks. I so much want this change, but it is so easy to just stay this way.

I have a difficult time balancing going out and enjoying my 20's with trying to lose weight. The easiest thing to do with any of my friend is to go out and enjoy a great meal and a good glass of wine.

I have started an elimination diet to deal with my recently diagnosed food sensitivities... eating out is too difficult and costly for what it is that I can buy, so I have not been doing that.

My Goals:
The big goal is to lose 30 lbs.

The smaller goals are to drink enough water, and eat right 95% of the time.

My Program:
I try to stay away from wheat / gluten.

I am learning to eat when I'm hungry and stop before I get full, but to eat what I want... NO FORBIDDEN FOODS!!!! Making something "off limits" makes me want it more.

I drink roughly 12-14 glasses of water a day during the weekdays.

Personal Information:
I grew up in Los Angeles County near the beach. I go to yoga 1-2 times a week at my local gym.

I'm 5'10" tall...

I starting to go outside to run again.

Other Information:
I like going to concerts & sporting events.
