I have struggled with my weight for most of my life jumping between highs and lowish (but mainly highs). I topped the scales at the highest of my life while pregnant with my first amazing little monster at just over 240 lbs. After having him, I got myself down to 195 before getting pregnant with my second love bug. I am just over 25 weeks pregnant (2-16-18) and am up to about 210. My goal from here on out is to keep the gains to a minimum and stay as healthy as possible to make this pregnancy and recovery the best I can!

My Goals:
Pregnancy Goals (2-20-18 through due date 6-1-18)
Weight: Keep future gains on a slow and steady pace (try not to exceed 220 lbs if possible)
Fitness: Gym M-W-F: Cardio & Light Strength Training (for as long as my body will allow!)
Food: Track all food & stay within my ranges

My Main Goals (on HOLD until bug is born)

Weight: Mini 5% weight loss goals (ultimate goal of 130-150)
Fitness: M-W-F: Cardio & Strength Training
Food: Track all food - keep processed foods to a minimum (especially added salt & sugar)

My Program:
Mainly Unprocessed/Minimally Processed Foods (fruits, veggies, proteins, nuts, seeds, oats etc.)

M - Cardio: 30-45 min
T - Walk the Pup
W - Cardio: 10-15 min; Strength: 30-40 min
TH - Walk the Pup
F - Cardio: 10-15 min; Strength: 30-40 min
S/S - make up any bad weather or missed days
