    Morning Katcha, I hope your reaching your goals.
    I have a quote on my page that makes goals more obtainable.
    "strive for progress not perfection". I used to beat myself when I slipped in food or booze but I just kept trudgeing the happy road to recovery and lifestyle change through these pages and the support of the members.
    I'm wishing you sucess with your goals. As for me I'm working now on my sucky card playing...lol. It's all relevant :-).

    Hi Katcha,

    Just thought I'd let you know, today (well, once I've been to bed (it's 2.30am) and got up, lol) I'm starting my journey. I want to be sort my life out and todays the day I take that first step.

    So, it's off to bed with the Spark Book, hopefully more than my usual 2 hours sleep, then it's up and at 'em. Wish me luck :o)

    Ok, enough about me. I hope you're ok and have had a great weekend hun, thanks for my gnome, hehe, it's cool!!

    Hi hun, Great to see you!!

    I didn't realise Jim had posted about SP on Railbirds, he just told me about it in one of our chats. He's a real diamond and tried to give me so much support the last couple of months.

    I've been really ill this week (ended up calling an ambulance last night), so can't wait to start feeling better so I can get pushing forward with changing my life around.

    Hi, Katcha, hope your having a spark-ling great day, yea, I'm streaching it a bit :-).
    Although I have a lot of points a lot of them come from reading the e-mails and the health blogs. I am reading them though so I'm earning the points. I have spurts of wanting to get on the program again but my illness kicks up and I get all depresed and forget about doing those things that were good for me. I still watch portions just not using the nutrition counter which is not good, I thind it's one of the best tools I have ever seen. One of these days I hope to get the spark to get back to trudging the happy road to recovery (good health" not booze lol.
