Introduction Text Seems to have begun... Physically I am stronger and spatially aware, so my ankle twisting is much less frequent (YAY!), I can lift & lug a ~ 30# bag of dog food from Costco into the cart, then into the trunk of my car and then again into the house to fill up the storage bin - no sweat! Wishing I could get more motivation to exercise more often. Struggling with proper food attitude too. Not sure why exactly, but it happens nearly every Winter.

Strength training 2x/week for at least 1 hour each time. Walking with the dog, when I have one. I just returned my 4th Assistance Dog trainee dog so she can begin her advanced training.

I call the Pacific NW home...though I hate the dingy grey wet of Winter.
