Introduction Text The name is Kassie. An update is in order, lol. I have been happily married since 2007, and a new mom in 2010. While I had lost the weight prior to my pregnancy, it came back and stayed even after my little one arrived. I am now currently back in the saddle and hope to get back to my pre-preggo weight within the year :).

Self-esteem boost. I think any small accomplishment will help here. The chance to wear clothes that I refuse to throw away!!

*upping my water intake *cutting out soda (nearly done with that) *increasing my energy with small bursts of cardio and aerobic exercise *Run my first 5K in November! I can run 20 minutes straight, now just to get the full monty under my belt!
