Hi! I am a stay at home mom to 2 amazing kids, Lauren & Jack. I've been married to my fabulous husband, Fred, for 26 years. I've been a member on SP off & on since 2008. When I get off track SP helps me to make better choices and get back on track. I go up & down like a yo yo with my weight. I always feel better mentally & physically when I eat better & exercise. My Goals:
Be healthy! To get to 150 lbs. and re-asses if I want/need to lose more.

My Program:
 I just started, Jessica Smith's Walk STRONG: 6 Week Total Transformation System on 9/26/16. I am on day 3. So far I am very impressed with her program. I take my fur babies, Wrigley (9 yr. old dalmatian) & Pi (3 yr. old Mountain Curr) for a walk every morning about 30 mins. or longer depending on the weather. I like to workout 6 days a week with one day of rest & recovery (Sat or Sun). So that's my program.
