    When you make a goal of 10 minutes of moving daily, that is very do-able even when feeling ill, tired, or cranky. 10 minutes is easy to break up if you need to. I aim for 10 minutes but usually get 60 in on my days off work and then I do not usually work out on working days as I work 12-18 hr shifts. I am counting down to spring because it is -24 with the wind chill and I just do not like that. LOL ! Keep pushing !
