Introduction Text I have struggled with my weight all my life and have come to the realization that I will never be able to eat what I want, when I want. I have discovered a love for being active and finding activities I enjoy and counts as exercise is a primary goal in life.

I want to be happy with myself. That is my ulitmate goal.There has got to be a way to battle the bulge, enjoy life, not feel like your starving, and just be happy. I'm on a quest to find it!

Journal, journal, journal!! Drink my water, and get in my exercise. I am also using Herbalife products. It's going really well!!

My name is Lonelle. I am named after my grandfather and have only met one person with the same name. ;-) I live in central Montana and wouldn't change that for the world!

I have a few major loves in my life. My family is the most important to me. I love to float on the river with a good book and a fishing pole. I also love snowboarding and martial arts (karate).
