    Thank you for your kind comment on my blog. I'm still new here -- about to start my 7th day tomorrow -- and I'm really excited about the site. I have a 7 and 6 year old, and I work with about a total hour commute, so I don't have a lot of time to fit exercise in. I know that's what makes the difference for me. Also, I have found this week that drinking the water really helps keep my appetite down. I've cut out all soda, including diet soda, and it has made a huge difference!! I'm limiting my caffeine to one or two cups of coffee in the morning, and that is it. Best of luck!!! Just take it day by day.
