Grrrr!!!
My goal is to look hot in smaller, cuter clothes. Changes in my health will be a perk. I have back slid a lot, regaining weight and just generally not paying attention to myself. But that's over, right now.

*Feel stronger.
*Be more energetic.
*Make mindful food choices.
*End this love/hate relationship with food.
*Gain control.
*Spread the spark!
My Program:
*Log all food that passes my lips.
*No more than 1550 calories per day
*3 Resistance Training sessions per week.
*GOOYAM Fitness: 3 Bally's Cardio or Cardio/RT classes per week
