I joined Spark back in November of 2006 but started tracking my calories on January 1, 2007 when I weighed myself and found out I was up to 121. I did great and I lost 7 lbs. by the end of the month. I am 5'1" and am 37 years old.
Over the past 7 months I have gotten lazy in my eating habits and slacked off on my fitness after meeting the love of my life and have regained 10 lbs. I am starting to track my calories on August 9.
I used to have a big weight problem in the past and weighed 140 lbs. at age 12 and wore a size 13/14.
It was a very unhealthy time in my life. I gradually lost it over the years but always seemed stuck in the 120s which was high for me due to my height and frame.
I lost a lot of weight while going through a divorce and weighed 104 at my lowest. It was from not eating due to stress.
I was looking gaunt and regained some lbs. and felt and looked good at 114. I was at this weight for 2 years but have ballooned to 126 and am disgusted with myself so here I am.
I know that Spark can help me achieve my goals with lots of discipline. It is easier to maintain than to lose weight so that is what I need to do this time.

My Goals:
*Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day

*mini goal: lose 5 lbs. by end of September

*lose 10 lbs. by Halloween

*eat clean

*fit into my black pants (sz 6). They fit in April!

*eat my mini meals every 3 hours

*stay on track during the weekends...my downfall


My Program:
I do cardio (30-45 minutes on elliptical) in the morning on an empty stomach and lift weights in the afternoon.
I have to plan my meals in advance and eat 5 mini-meals throughout the day.
Do cardio 5 times a week and lift weights 3 times a week.
