    Thank you for the friend add! As to your question, I've never really given it much thought. Everyone's bodies are uniquely built based on their genetic structure. I have noticed that Jillian does not have perfect abs like her blonde assistant. But she does mention during the work out that she wishes she did and she'd be willing to work hard to get them. I was always of the opinion that she can, she just hasn't tried because she's comfortable with the way her body looks now, and I don't argue with her. I would personally prefer a softer more feminine body over one that is intensely muscular.

    I wouldn't worry so much about how other people look. It can be a great source of motivation to see what others have accomplished but the most important thing is to work towards having a body that you're comfortable with. You and I are the same height, but our bones and muscles are shaped differently. I don't see any reason, regardless of having a shorter torso, why you couldn't have abs just as chiseled as the blonde woman on the dvd if you worked hard enough. My high school friend Abby is an inch or two shorter than me and has abs of steel. You can do it if you want it bad enough!
