Here I am, trying to look thin - standing sideways. I suspect Sparks People will have better results

Plants and flowers, a passion. I got it to bloom again. Yes!

A Brief Introduction
2019 and back at my food diary. Still struggling with a wicked cold so will focus on sleep and do some menu planning.
2018 and I've been back for a month. Down 5kg so as usual logging works for me. Setting gentle realistic goals so I can keep this up for a while. I was back up to my highest weight in Jan ...17, so between this and joining the gym in Sept ...17 we are on the road.
2015 rededicating myself to spark.

I started again a month ago. Health has been a major problem and also an excuse. So now I need to find a way accepting the pain and fatigue as new constants. So the focus is on WHAT I CAN do, rather the grieving for health or hopeing things will pass or waiting for the doctors to figure it out.
I'M IN CHARGE.
I love travelling, and exploring and food is a big part of that for me.
PCOS and Insulin Resistance are issues that I'm currently working on... so, finding a new relationship with food is now my focus.
Food that is social, fun, flavourful, and that allows me to be the best I can be is what I'm looking for.
Fortunately, cooking and gardening are things I love to do. So fresh salad leaves and herbs are only a seed packet away rather than £1.69 for 10g.
I'm Canadian but have lived in the US, France and the UK so my food inspirations are quite varied.
