Ever since college, I've struggled with my weight. I think I was chubby as a young girl too, just didn't know to do anything about it back then. People usually say they don't think I'm overweight - just big boned. But whenever I check the BMI for my height, I'm always overweight to obese. I currently have 6 sizes of clothes in my closet even though (and because) I got thin about 4 years ago but gained all the weight back and more. I typically range from a size 10 to 16 but got down to a size 6 briefly - that was too thin for me to keep up and I think I just gave up. I got up to 203 pounds and that was the turning point - reaching over 200 on the scale. I couldn't bear to see the scale go any higher. I was a size 18 then, maybe about a year ago. My favorite weight loss method is a low carbohydrate lifestyle and exercise when I'm motivated, and right now, I'm very motivated!.

Lo carb diet (this means low sugar, no bread or pasta, among other things) along with regular aerobic workouts - 4 to 7 days per week.
